3 Month 1:1 Nutritional Therapy

Over the course of 90 days, we will work together to find your innate wisdom and balance around food and lifestyle while focusing on real food as medicine. Using investigative tools, I will evaluate your nutritional needs and make bio-individual dietary and lifestyle recommendations based on where I see imbalances in your body.

E V E R Y T H I N G T H A T ’ S I N C L U D E D :

  • This is a comprehensive interview where we dive deep into your primary health concerns, medical history, current medications, current symptoms, questionnaire findings, and food & mood journal. Together, we will agree upon individualized dietary and lifestyle short-term goals that focus on your health concerns and long-term goals.

  • These bi-weekly sessions allow us to review your progress, reassess to see further improvements with symptoms and make any dietary or lifestyle adjustments if needed.

  • This will allow us to track your progress symptomatically over the course of our time together.

  • I will continue to monitor your food and mood and make recommendations when necessary.

  • Individualized dietary and lifestyle changes, as well as supplemental support will be recommended as needed.

  • All supplements are professional grade, vetted by me and distributed through Fullscript or Wellevate.

  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. Any contact on Saturday or Sunday will receive a response within 24-48 hours.
