Using investigative tools - Confidential Health History Questionnaire, Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, and Food & Mood Journal - I am able to evaluate your nutritional needs and make bio-individual dietary and lifestyle recommendations based on where I’m seeing imbalances in your body.
